Could those 10 points provide more value elsewhere?
Could you get similar bonuses closer?
Do you lose valuable defense or
POE currency for sale sustain in exchange?
In most cases, it's not worth spending 10 passive points for a single damage cluster, even if the bonuses look appealing. That’s why distance matters.
