Whitening chamber gap

If the gap between the whitening chamber (commonly known as "storage gas") is too large, or the roller, the sieve, the rice sieve and the material roller are worn, the gap of the whitening chamber is increased. In this state, the Rice Whitener(LIANGGONG) works, the rice will be a large number of harmful reflux movements are generated, resulting in a decrease in the output of the rice milling machine, an increase in power consumption per unit of output, and an increase in the amount of broken rice. If the gap between the whitening chambers is too small, the tumbling, milling and frictional wiping of the rice grains will be particularly large and cause broken rice, and the rice grains are also easily broken to cause broken rice. Therefore, a suitable whitening chamber gap should be selected, and the length of slightly more than one grain of rice is generally used as a reference.

Applied pressure

The applied pressure is controlled by the pressure gate and adjusts the pressure of the discharge port of the rice whitener machine, thereby changing the pressure of the whitening pressure in the rice whitener machine, and finally achieving the effect of improving the rice milling process. If the applied pressure is too large, the pressure at the discharge port of the rice whitener machine increases, and the rice grains that have reached the requirements of whitening precision cannot be discharged out of the machine in time, and remain in the experimental rice machine and produce whitening phenomenon, resulting in a large number of broken rice. Relationship between the whole milled rice rate and the whitening precision (pressure) obtained by repeated measurement provides a basis for the whitening pressure control.
