Having practiced estate and tax law as an attorney and litigator for four decades, I've added Business and Family Mediation to my services. For businesses I handle department and personnel issues, contract, partnership and succession challenges. For families my work involves divorce, estates and trusts, elder care, custody and guardianships, and related cases of professional neglect. I use facilitative, evaluative and transformative mediation techniques as needed to arrive at creative, collaborative settlements. My motto? Let's Make Peace!
