I have been a business litigator in Tampa Bay since 1987, practicing in the areas of business disputes, real estate related litigation, community association litigation, and general client representation.

I have helped individual business people and consumers, small and medium-sized companies, national and local financial institutions, international businesses, utility companies, and federal government agencies.

I have handled bench and jury trials, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings, as well as workouts and mediated settlements, in both state and federal courts.

I am Board Certified by the Florida Bar in the area of business litigation. My practice has focused on a wide range of business matters, including disputes arising from real estate transactions, contracts, non-compete agreements, and banking transactions, as well as community association disputes, probate and trust disputes, creditor-side bankruptcy representation, and debt collection and foreclosure matters.

I have also served as a certified circuit court mediator since 1995, helping parties to ongoing litigation reach common ground and avoid the expense and uncertainty of a trial.
