Shail has been focused on cloud solutions, mobile strategy, cross-platform development and IoT innovations. In the Healthcare, Shail has worked on the ’Savi’ tablet designed for senior citizens. Working with the McDevitt Research Lab at Rice University and NYU under SensoDX and developed a mobile app for lab-on-chip solution. Currently, he is advising UNICEF supported ‘KhushiBaby.org’ to build scalable product as integrated mobile health, wearable NFC technology to bridge world’s maternal and child health gap.
In Transportation Safety, he has been working with team to define IF-IQ (www.ifreeiq.com) product strategy, score mechanism, and patent-pending interruptions tracking mechanism for driver's safety on roads.

With his leadership, Mobisoft has achieved several awards including #8 ranked in FAST 100 awards by Houston Business Journal for fastest growing companies, 1st Prize winner of the best app at the Consumer Electronic Show, 2012. Shail has held various positions including Programmer Analyst at Syntel, Software Engineer at Sigma Systems, and Mobile Solutions Architect at the University of Houston. Shail is a graduate of the University of Houston with an MS in computer science.
