I would be interested in any feedback from those who specialize in Immigration.
I have heard that 100% of applicants for Green Cards in Fresno, CA. are being denied. My question is why? I suspect Fresno has many Hispanics from an agricultural community. How many will appeal and what is the cost for appeal?
A mother-daughter who came on a fiance visa was denied in January. Today, they still wait for a Denial Letter as USIS has promised month after month.
US Senator Feinstein's office in San Francisco, says lots of complaints.
Is this a trend for those who make a legitimate application to deny, delay and cause economic hardship with the added cost?
What about states such as Texas? Arizona?
